| Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) was founded in 1787 as a cricket club, whose influence and longevity now witness it as a private members' club dedicated to the development of cricket. It owns, and is based at, Lord's Cricket Ground in St John's Wood, London NW8. MCC was formerly the governing body of cricket both in England and Wales as well as worldwide. It was pleased to see many of its global functions transferred to the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1993 and its English governance passed to the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) at the same time, leaving it to act as guardian of the rules and mentor of the spirit of the game. MCC revised and continues to reissue (from time to time) the Laws of Cricket in 1788[1] and traje de noviamale breast enlargement | |
